Where we ship
Mushi currently ships through this storefront to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and international destinations are not available at this time.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free when the discounted merchandise total is $100 or more. A flat $9 standard shipping charge applies below that threshold. Any available expedited options and their price will be shown before payment.
Processing and delivery
Allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking information is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Contact Mushi as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been accepted by the carrier, changes may not be possible.
Final sale, damage and errors
Consumable products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact Mushi within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund at Mushi’s discretion.
Delivered or missing packages
Check the delivery location, household members and carrier tracking first. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier and Mushi promptly so available next steps can be reviewed.
